Eligibility:

The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Void where otherwise prohibited by law. Limit one entry per person.

Employees or agents of CWB and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/ promotional agencies, members of the immediate family of such employees and persons living in the same household of such employees/ agents are ineligible to participate.

Winning Entries:

All entries that match the three songs in Zane’s playlist will be entered in to the final drawing on August 24th. There will be only one first place prize—a 2007 Absolute (size of winner’s choice) provided by Ocean Sports of Edmonton, Alberta, one Napster MP3 player and a year’s subscription to Napster.com. Second place will receive a Proline LG1 handle and rope package. The third place winner will receive a CWB T-shirt and hat package.

The winners will be announced on our website on August 27th, 2007, as well as notified personally via phone or email. If winner is notified by e-mail, the winner must reply with all contact information requested within five (5) days from the date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner may be selected. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final.

By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's submitted information for marketing and promotion purposes subject to Sponsor's privacy policies unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prizes will be distributed in a timely manner at the conclusion of the competition.


Terms and Agreement:

Sponsor is not obligated or responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion or otherwise violating these rules. If Sponsor determines, in its respective discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside their control compromise the integrity or viability of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to void entries at issue, modify the promotion and/or terminate the relevant portion of the promotion.

Neither CWB Board Co. or Stokecity.ca, nor any participating prize partners, telephone network, or service provider, is responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, ISP/network/Web site accessibility or availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.

By participating, entrants agree to release CWB Board Co. and Stokecity.ca, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, costs or expenses or damages to persons or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death and/or property damages, of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities. By accepting prize, winner(s) grant to CWB the use of his/her name, address (city, state), likeness, photograph, voice and statements by winner (provided they are true) regarding Sweepstakes or CWB and Stokecity.ca for advertising/publicity purposes in all media, without further compensation or permission except where prohibited by law. The winners agree that CWB has neither made nor is responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the prize.
